We can provide Domestic and Commercial EPCs, Public Building Display Energy Certificates and Home Information Packs. RJR independent energy assessors ensure that accurate reports are produced. The reports are valid for 10 years and we are always available to answer questions, provide copies, and update certificates when required.

We believe the EPC is more than just a piece of paper to satisfy legislation. Our reports provide an energy audit that gives the building occupier a clear guide to the energy efficiency of the property and measures that can be taken, not just to lower the CO2 emissions, but to reduce running costs.

We provide a fast accurate turn around for all surveys. As independent evaluators we have no affiliation to energy companies or deals for switching suppliers.

Our Commercial Energy Performance Certificates are produced using Design builder™ computer modelling. We can work from CAD, DWG or even PDF drawings cutting down on survey time and disturbance to your work force whilst ensuring accuracy.
